I posted about the Monster High dolls before Christmas, but OMGSQUEE! In my fics, I sometimes talk about Spikelets as Spike's babies, but here are the hot new toys of 2011- VAMPLETS! You can buy them in their coffin-shaped cribs with little bottles of blood. Also, you can register them online and customize their little tombstone. So fricking adorable. I want them all!

I haven't had any photos of myself taken in a while. I gained a lot of weight after I lost my job, so I've been very self-conscious. Anyway, when I stayed with sororitysarah and lostbean over the New Year's holiday, I decided to have some fun and let Sarah use me as a model in a photoshoot. After scurrying up a few clothing items, I cobbled together my first ever convention-esque costume of my Steampunk alter-ego- Professor Penelope P. Pickapepper.

Reports are filtering in from James Marsters's Q&A at New Orleans Comic Con, and it seems that he's finally tied the knot! *throws rice and confetti and garters on everyone* So many congrats to him and his lovely bride! We're going to have to remodel the walnut farm to make room for all the babies!

Today, while watching USA, I got the most wretched idea for a fic ever. It involves Spike and the gang from the Mosaic Wellness Center becoming entangled in a case with the night-shift Las Vegas CSIs, which leads to everyone having to go down to Miami where matters get further complicated when they find that their case is not only of interest of a vacationing Shawn Spencer (and his sidekick pal Gus) but also burned former spy Michael Westen. This would be one enormous BtVS/Ats/CSI/CSI: Miami/Psych/Burn Notice crossover, and if I could work NCIS, White Collar, CSI: New York, Law & Order, the Venture Brothers, the Mighty Boosh, Anthony Bourdain, and some hamsters in there, I would. O___o;;; Dear God, it would be EPIC. *buries the plot bunny and hopes it never sees the light of day*

ETA: Oh, I almost forgot that Dexter's gotta get included in there too. XD

I went to go see TPATF today, and I loved it. Absolutely and completely. The animation made my heart soar after years of waiting for something even remotely close to how wonderful this movie was. Some of the movements of the characters seemed a bit quick (can something be too fluid?), but I don't think it deterred from the movie as a whole. From the commercials I thought that Raymond the Firefly was going to be annoying, but he turned out to be quite endearing. Also, I am Lotte. XD

Dear Disney,
Now that you've seen the light and begun to rebuild your animation team, I have one request of you. Please contact Mr. Steve Himber. I need James Marsters to voice a Disney prince before I die. Please, please, please! I swear on the cryogenically-frozen head of Walt Disney, I'd give my left hand for the merchandise alone!

On top of gifty wonderfulness, I have an interview on Thursday that makes me very happy. It's one of the first jobs I applied for when I first moved to Atlanta, and it's definitely the one that I've wanted to have the most. *squees*
