God, the material for my Art Survey I paper is very dense and almost completely unintelligible. It's called The Death of Authentic Primitive Art and Other Tales of Progress by Shelly Errington. The books makes no sense. It reads like someone's mediatative cognitive flow. I should know, becuase I write that way at times. It is not, however, the way one should write a scholarly analysis.
In my research I found that others have problems with this work as well, including a Dr. Davaney at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. She said that the book was "absolutely, unequivically incomprehensible." I tend to agree very much. Another professor Dr. Denis Dutton said that Errington should be nominated for the "The Bad Writing Contest" along with all of George Orwells' essays. XD
