Once upon a time...

I'm a little early, but since I'm going out-of-town tomrrow... Happy Pascha, and have a nice Sunday to everyone, one and all! I'm up to my elbows in tsoureki dough. I'm not making the kokkina avga this year, but at least I'm getting to try out my own recipe for the tsoureki this year.

And since I only have one Pascha-related artwork to use for the past few years, here it is again. :D



I'm going out of town tomorrow to try and get some of my graduate school stuff worked out. It's pretty much a no-go for the summer, but there still might be some salvaging of the fall.

Got my hopes up 'cause I thought I was going to get to make the tsoureki (Easter bread) and kokina avga (red eggs) tomorrow, but it turns out I can't make them until the 16th.
