I just saw James Marsters on Dr. 90210! The woman who was getting plastic surgery was a stunt double named Ace who played several vamps on BtVS and Ats. They showed several pictures of her in vamp make-up, including a pic of Ace with a vamped-out James that I had never seen before. It was very cute.
