fenderlove: James Marsters with Romeo and Juliet quote over it. (Default)
([personal profile] fenderlove Dec. 12th, 2010 10:46 pm)
I stole this from [livejournal.com profile] whichclothes who stole it from [livejournal.com profile] snogged:
If you were asked to pick one scene, one shot, one detail, one moment of some kind out of all the things I've written and say "This, this, for whatever reason, I remember, this is something that struck home with me, that I wanted to keep," what would it be?

Feel free to include any artwork, comics, craziness that I might have posted as well. :D

For me, definitely the art you made for "The heart that seeks pleasure first." It's one of my all-time fave Spike arts.

I keep meaning to print out a really nice copy and hang it up. It's so gorgeous!

I hope you do! It always makes me happy when people want to print out my artwork and hang it up (James told me that he has the wanted poster I did of Outlaw Sam hanging in his house *squees*). :D

I had him sign a print of it I had made a few years ago at DragonCon and he asked for a copy which I, of course, gave him, and at ValenCon this year he told me that he framed it to put it up with some other people's artwork. He said that, for a long time, he couldn't look at the artwork people did of him because it made him feel self-conscious (he felt that people were making him too "pretty"), but now he's come to love all the artwork he's amassed because he feels the love that comes from when an artist is inspired... or something like that. He's so cute. XD

That's charming! I get the feeling he really appreciates his fans.
