Think that it's a steampunk bit o' cosplay? WRONG! It's a real prosthetic. As in, 1850-1910 CE real. The fingers and joints are articulated, and the Science Museum (London) says that the hand was probably covered by a glove to find the mechanical-lookingness of it.
