I had my dermatologist call me fat yesterday. That was really pleasant... NOT! >_< *throttles him* I'm so fed up with assholes that I just want to lose weight out of spite. I, like James Marsters, have a "stocky gene." I can't help that I'm short and therefore can't carry my weight as well as a taller person. I would be normal weight if I were around 5'7" instead of 5'2".
My goal is to get down to 120 lbs by next summer convention season (Yes, I'm losing weight for James. Bite me. I need some kind of goal to focus on) and also hopefully to lose enough weight to upstage a friend at her "wedding" by being cuter than she is. Well, I'm already cuter than she is, but she's super thin so she wins. *head desk*
Anyone have any tips for exercises I could do around the house that might help? I'm looking for low impact stuff because I have a bad knee. Thanks! *smooches to everyone*
