Okay, I had my rant-y posting moment, and I'm better now. I seriously need a therapist 'cause, honestly, all that stuff gets bottled up inside and when it finally is released it's like more than you wanted to say, but you feel so much better afterwards.
Tara came over yesterday and that like totally lifted my spirits. I was all giddy because she burned me three new CDs (Hellsing Vol 1. soundtrack, Alien Ant Farm, and The Nightmare Before Christmas soundtrack). We went to Taco Bell, and then we went to Wal-Mart and she bought me Ben and Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream (Squee!). Then, as we were leaving, we walked by the McDonalds in the Wal-Mart and there was Clintus, slaving away over a cash register.
Me: Give me free drinks!
Clintus: No, I can't give you free drinks! *hands us empty cups* It's wrong! You shouldn't ask me to do that just 'cause I'm the shift manager. *nudges us over to the fountain machine*
Hehe. So we got free MacDo drinks! Yay!
Then, Tara and I went back to my house and we watched Angel (the episode with the zombie cops) and we MST3000'd it. It was hilarious 'cause Tara kept screaming, "WESLEY!" and I kept screaming, "WHERE'S BONBON?!" ('cause I miss Connor).
Cleaning has taken my frustration out and now the house is spotless. All my friends have jobs. I haven't been employed in a while because of the big move coming up. Tara is supposed to off work today, and she's gonna come by again. Whoot.
The Big Move Count Down Starts Now!: 34 days and counting...
