I've been battling with the worst allergies I've ever had this year. Tennessee has pretty bad pollen counts all year, but I've never had problems like this before. The free medication I received from Health Services only made my sinus infection worse. My throat is still swollen, though they tell me that I don't have Strep throat (thank God). The ear that I'm mostly deaf in has been throbbing and killing me slowly. Worst of all, my left eye started to hurt really bad Saturday night at about 9 PM while I was working in the Letterpress lab. I thought I was just tired; but when I woke up on Sunday morning, my upper eyelid was crusted to my face (TMI, I know). The area around my eye was horribly swollen and was forcing my upper eyelid to stay closed, not to mention all the pus, white of my eye being dark red and pink, and other general icky-ness. Well, my mom said it could be an infection of my eye or just allergies. I took some Equate allergy pills and kept a warm cloth on it all day. This morning my eye wasn't swollen or nasty (except for my now pink white of my eye), and it doesn't hurt anymore. My sinuses are still going crazy, and my throat is back to hurting. This is why I hate Spring: allergies... and killer bees.

STOP TAKING ALLERGY PILLS! They dry your nose up! You need a decongestant (i know that sounds silly with the sore throat but it works). Try Aleve Cold and Sinus, that's my saving grace.

Oh, I need something, but my eye is totally better now, but I'm stared that it's moved to my other eye. ;_;

My eye's better now, but I think it's moving into my other eye. *dies*
