I love fandom, and my kid's friends have told me that they love knowing adults that "get" fandom, but I have to say that those SW parents are verging on child abuse with their obsession. Don't they know these kinds of behaviors lead to kids who only listen to country music and watch nothing but reality TV? Tsk.
