I have been on a cooking kick for the last year or so, and I enjoy making up my own recipes for both food and cocktails. Most of my creations are fairly successful, and today I got inspired by watching hours and hours of Anthony Bourdain on the travel channel. I had some lean beef, so I decided to fry it up in a marinade of ginger, grape seed oil, and Mello Yello. Yes, Mello Yello the soda. XD I fried up the beef and served it up in baked pita bread. It was very actually very delicious- tangy and sweet, very moist. Maybe I should write "An Unemployed Fangirl's Guide to Cooking." :D

Ha! I could certainly contribute to that. I am both unemployed and a fangirl.

I should start a community or something for people to contribute to. :D

There's a long tradition of cooking with Coke and Dr. Pepper so that's not as odd as it sounds.

Maybe I should write "An Unemployed Fangirl's Guide to Cooking." :D

Maybe you should.

I loooooove Coca Cola cake. The Cracker Barrel makes the best Coke cake; you can practically smell the soda. Sooo good. There's a recipe that's popular in our area for Fresca coconut cake. It's also tasty.

I think I shall try my hand at a cook book! That might be fun, and I can illustrate it! :D

If you do, I have plenty to contribute. Who knows? Maybe there'd be a book in and we could all make some dough. Your graphics experience will certainly make for a lovely looking book.
