Incidentally, if they try and dock your pay like you said, first DON'T LET THEM! Make sure they know that you explicitly asked, nay TOLD, them to leave it where it was. I know it's lucky to have a job now a days, but you can't let them screw you over like that. Nothing is worth having your good name and dignity smeared! Like I said, if there's a human resources outlet, make sure you inform them you're willing to use your rights against them if they try and carry through with this stupidity!
