Dear Brother... Dear Brothers... Dear Sister... Dear Sisters.... Dear Anybody at All...
Where are we? Like an Aurora Borealis Phoenix, burning up the night sky, in the extreme emo-ness of ramblings slight enough to knot your stomach and tire your eyes. The White Knight ain't coming, darkness has fallen. The word-art isn't meant for you when you're sinking, a spindle-prick away. My mark not made in history yet and taking over my sensitivities laying on the floor. Memories hateful heavy weighing down on you, for all your work when you're hiding, chaining yourself to ideas, idioms, ingenius things. No one don't care. They won't be able to... Appearing like your phoenix at a hidden door never before taken through... Shall I be your Alice for one night? Shall I serve you poisoned tea just as you catch me down a dark rabbit hole, never the abyss faded on my soul like a tea-stained coffee ring over your eyes, on your favourite t-shirt, your second skin. Silversickslick building up your body sewing your skin and tearing you down. My temple, my cathedral, my abyss. Wrenching hearts from rightful owners and spitting on the floor. All that's left is "Mmm, what do you say?" Is it what we needed?
The End.
*hugs*

I'm in the middle of Chapter 15 of Jim Butcher's White Night, which I'm already absolutely in love with. I've started the "serious business" part of designing a new website for a charity that is run out of MTSU. [livejournal.com profile] staffordcross, the RPG I joined, is really picking up. I'm thinking about starting a message board for my sorority (mostly out of the realization that I now know how), and I've played around with making one for [livejournal.com profile] lostbean. I've got a project in the works that in the hush-hush stages right now along with finishing up my animations. I can't wait to get back to work (mostly because after I'm done working I can afford to get a new laptop). Unforunately, going back to Murfreesboro means that I have to unpack all my stuff here at home and repack it, only to have to repeat the process five weeks later and then again a month after that. Rinse. I fell down the front steps today as I was walking outside to pick up the trashcan. It was just a quick drop and a short stop, really, so no damage done (it actually pulled out the twinge I've had in my lower back since yesterday). I've got a little writing project going on, witness it forming in my post from earlier today. There's so much to do, and I have not the resources for it. I can't wait until the weekend so I can call [livejournal.com profile] havesomecocoa. Le sigh. I want to make a new LJ layout too.

fenderlove: James Marsters with Romeo and Juliet quote over it. (Default)

Clint and I went out to get Chinese food. Twas delicious even though it was a tad over-priced. We nearly had a tornado here today. It rained terribly and the wind raged so hard and hailed. It caused the overheated sidewalks to steam up. You couldn't see anything outside at all. It was blinding and scary, but amazing. The yard is an absolute wreck. Downtown is completely without power on one side of the main street except for Wal-Mart which runs on its own generators. Craziness.
