I'm stuck in the computer lab until 10 PM. *kicks stupid portfolio* I've almost redone my artist quote postcard set, which makes me happy because it was one of my weakest Typography projects. It only took me 2 hours to do. Now, I'm on to my AIDS Awareness poster and magazine ad set to redo. Gah. Not only do I have all these Typography projects to redo, but I've got tons of stuff due for my classes next week.
On a happier note, I got the job I wanted! I will be a Visual Arts counselor at the Tennessee Governor's School for the Arts. I was extremely excited by the lady who is over the Govenor's School was like, "Professor Ashworth and Professor Buxkamper highly reccommended you. They insisted we hire you." I was squeeing on the inside. It means that I'll get $1250 for five weeks work plus a free private room and 3 square meals a day. It means that I might have enough money to go to San Francisco at the end of July to see James Marsters' play! Whoot! I can't wait!
