Clint and I went out to get Chinese food. Twas delicious even though it was a tad over-priced. We nearly had a tornado here today. It rained terribly and the wind raged so hard and hailed. It caused the overheated sidewalks to steam up. You couldn't see anything outside at all. It was blinding and scary, but amazing. The yard is an absolute wreck. Downtown is completely without power on one side of the main street except for Wal-Mart which runs on its own generators. Craziness.

i'm sure everyone in town went to wal-mart after the storms.

we had a horrible storm in henderson so everyone decided they were going to stop and get gas and ice cream apparently. at least it rained out little league games. but people were piling in soaking wet because of the way the wind was blowing the rain under the cover above the pumps and talking about how wet they are and junk. well, freaking duh! okay, i'm done.

my impression of lexington...
lexington- a torando is on the way! we better get to wal-mart.

Yay for great weather! That was a fun night, and I agree Grand China should be much cheaper....

Actually, the Wal-Mart was quite empty. I think it was because there was no warning for the storm we had. It flared up so quickly, no time for the sirens to sound. Next time there's a heavy storm, I'm going to Wal-Mart 'cause they've got plenty of food for lootin' and got electricity generators.
