Got my hopes up 'cause I thought I was going to get to make the tsoureki (Easter bread) and kokina avga (red eggs) tomorrow, but it turns out I can't make them until the 16th.

When Petzi Sis worked Downtown she used to buy a loaf of the Greek Easter bread with the colored egg on top every year. It was really, really good.

Aww, I wish we had a place to buy it around here. I'm afraid I'm not very good at making it. My mother converted to Greek Orthodox two years ago, so I'm kinda new to the Greek recipes. XD
