Help! Looking for a Photo-Reference!

Dear friends,
I'm looking for a photo-reference of a nude male (preferably of a similar build to James Marsters but it doesn't have to be) on his stomach in a position similar to this painting of Lousie O' Murphy by Boucher:

Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated. I've been through all the stock sites that I use and can't find anything remotely close.
