British (Maybe) Colloquialism Question?
I have some words that I'm confused about their usage, and I was hoping that someone could help me?
Is a newsagent a convenience store? And is it pronounced newsagent or newsagents?
Also, what is a newsreader? Is it like a television news anchor person?
In Britain, is a flapjack the same as a pancake or are they considered different?
Are Jaffa Cakes delicious? :D

The Newsagent is the shop keeper, the Newsagents is the store
And yes, a Newscaster is an anchorman
Jaffa cakes are delightful, light and rich and choolatey and tangy and NOM!
a flapjack is an oat and syrup sort of cookie thing, often with fruit added
I'll find you a recipe

Here, pancakes and flapjacks are the same thing, so I wondering if it was the same everywhere. LOL.
