I am so sorry!! *hugs* You know, they can classify your termination any way they want, you should still apply for unemployment and tell them everything that happened with the unpaid over time and how you worked really hard and that they now claim that you don't. That's what I did, and I kept calling the unemployment office and talking to them and at first they were not going to give me unemployment and I called them and explained what happened and then they gave me my unemployment. You should ALWAYS apply and at least try, you know. Good luck on it. And I am very sorry you lost your job.
