I don't get how that termination doesn't allow for unemployment,
It's because my termination was classified as "unsatisfactory performance" which means they are accusing me of not performing my job at all, which means that the unemployment office is unlikely to want to give me my rightful money. However, I was on the phone today with the unemployment office and they told me that I could appeal and that if it was well-written then I could get unemployment benefits. However again, they are not currently paying unemployment for the time I was working (they are only paying for January through March 2009, and won't be paying for the time I have worked for at least four more months).

is there some way of tracking your overtime hours.
I kept track of my overtime hours, but the company kept no official records of overtime because they don't want to pay it. They actually got very angry when they found out I was keeping track of my time.

*hugs* I feel freer and somewhat happier not being there definitely, but I just don't want the reason they are claiming for my termination to keep me from getting another job.
