Life Update!

Hello, all! I am not dead! Close, but not yet! I am sitting in the Multimedia Design Lab right now gearing up for another critique with Seth for Typographic Design (or as I like to call it "Kick the Fender Hour"... well, it's more like three hours).
kidcyclone and I have been working on several awesome fics together. We hope to have them up soon. I think everyone will enjoy reading them. XD
School combined with all the problems my sorority has been having equals life is pretty much kicking my arse right now. I'm in a creative slump outside of my writing for the fics, and I'm in a wee bit of a depression, I think. Oh well, Fall Break is fast approaching which means I get an extra few days to recover from the stress of Midterms.

Yay for fics and boo for Seth the Typographic Design prick! You've got so much talent and I can't help but think he's one of these teachers who are extra-assholish to the students who they think have potential. Perhaps he thinks he's some sort of kick-ass kung fu master like the old guy with the long beard in Kill Bill 2, and thinks you're going to look back one day and be all grateful to him for being such a dick to you because he spurred you on to greatness... Then again perhaps he's just a prick! ;>

I'm sorry you're feeling depressed, you're a really good and hard working student and you inspire me a lot. I think you're a great person and am sure that a little time to relax and not have to deal with sorority angst/school will help. Are you going home for break? Oh yeah and midterm time definitely is an anxious time...

Oh god I know what you mean. If I'd been smart, I'd have stayed at school for all my breaks! Packing everything up and moving back, having parents hovering around 24/7 and then having to re-pack everything and go back to school means you're more stressed and exhausted after the break than before!

Over break we should start writing up and posting our fics! :>>
