Dragon*Con Torchwood Panel Video!

Torchwood Panel on Friday with James Marsters and Gareth David Lloyd at Dragon*Con 2009! Yay!

On part one, the quality improves greatly about 2 minutes and 30 seconds into the clip when we swapped to Sarah's camera for the video.
