ICONZ!!!!!!! *wants*

My Spike cracks but always manages to stick himself back together. I'm no good at hurting Spike unless I know it's going to be alright.

Sometimes I think writers create based on one episode or season rather than the whole show and miss the character development and events. At least I'm assuming that from the tie-in novels I've read. My reading focus has narrowed over the years because of it. Sometimes it feels like I'm reading an original story with familiar names tacked on, but that's their right, and it's my right to use the back button and find something else to read. I'm going the same way in the Torchwood/Doctor Who fandoms as well.
